ZEINVRO - Is an e-invoice solution for "on premise" SAP ECC that doesn't require any additional server/program.
Main Features
- Invoices can be sent online, by users, or automatically, in the background
- It's a safe system that doesn't allow any discrepancy between the Sales Journal and ANAF reporting
- Signed invoices can be downloaded, both those sent and those received from other vendors
Requirements
- Due to using OAuth2.0 authentication with ANAF servers there is no need for all users to have a signing device and SPV access, it's enough to have only one user with a signing device and SPV access.
- The SAP system must be allowed access to ANAF servers.
Technical Implementation
- Invoices are sent in a XML format, using UBL 2.1 specification

ZEINVRO was tested and it works with SAP ECC 6.0 Ehp2 or higher. For older versions some functionalities may not work.
